ZF Technology Center has great potential, but its growth is hindered by ineffective Indian management (specially south side mangers).

Company is good overall, but the Indian management often feels biased and inefficient. Office politics are common, with promotions and recognition often based on personal connections or favoritism, especially towards people from Tamil Nadu, with locals being the next preference. Many managers seem to rely only on politics to survive, rather than focusing on performance or leadership. This makes employees from other regions feel left out and undervalued. No growth They gave low rating to cut hike and variable pay and always make employee suffer by forcing to work extra hours due to time difference by saying its written on offer letter you must work extra, abusing india, no skill growth, favorism to european colleague and hate for indians, all policy on paper only nothing employee friendly. Worst management, managers will not bother about projects ,they only bother about their positions not take care of employees. Biased policies to profit company ,not the employees. No trainings to grow in carrier. Promotions are only for people who are licking manager shoes. Policies are not transparent, you do not even get the access to the employee Policy documents.
