Likes

Ability to Design and physically experience the product in hand during development and validation phases. Large resource pool which is ready to collaborate.

Dislikes

Remuneration is a pain point. Appraisals are based on seniority or rotation basis and not based on performance in my experience. Opportunity to interact with customer or external supplier is often restricted highly bureaucratic.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
