it is based in my home town and there is very good work life balance and compensation.

Very poor leadership. terrible culture like in any government office. no growth opportunities. India leadership hide all real information from the WABCO Global leadership team.Hence there is corruption and complete mismanagement

Work Details

I work as manager finance for all the 8 manufacturing plants and hence its a very hectic stressful work. There would be constant calls and escalations from global team which have to be attended to. I am also reporting to WABCO Global CFO .

It is functioning as if it were a sole propriter firm. All decisions taken by MD, there is virtually no role for other functions . WABCO india keeps wrongly disclosing details to the parent company WABCO Vertriebs co. GmBH Germany. Hence there is lots of fraud and misappropriation and malpractices within WABCO India.Please dont join WABCO India

The culture is complete terrible and WABCO india is a complete fraud. The MD for India hides all details from the parent company and shows incorrect information to the global parent organization - WABCO GMBH. Hence WABCO India is a complete shit. Please dont join here for working.
