Felt responsibility in executing project works. Zetwerk is trying to change the work culture of HO people in construction work as of IT companies. HR department have best people in entire Zetwerk. Dislikes

Not all people can become marketing guys and vice versa. Zetwerk is not able to maintain balance in involvement of sales peoples in delivery department. Secondly sales people in Zetwerk are only interested in numbers. They dont study feasibility of project. Wheather project feasible in the cost they are getting orders. No one is looking after those numbers. I dont think anyone maintains data for cost to company for the projects in progress. If someone works on that, Management will not appraisals to sales team. In fact the 2 projects i was looking are in loss already. I dont know about others. But this type of costing will result in financial burden on Zetwerk only. People come and go. But brand should never go. This is not a long term tactic. Construction of all the business is not as easy as it seems. I hope Zetwerk hires better cost people in zetwerk. Before finalization of any order, actual market rates of that area should be checked. As with my case once i single handly objected to Moga-Bajakhana HAM project. There was 20 lakhs cubic meter earth work. And in Punjab you cant get earthwork done less than at Rs. 300 per cum. But our sales team quoted Rs. 180 per cum. If that order got finalized who will be going to pay extra burden of 30 crores. Main issue is lying there....Read More
