It's a small scale and tier 3 supplier company for big customers like Rane, Borgwarner, Hyundai, Nissan. I learn some new components and how it to be used, manufacturing process, Quality analysis and then dispatch.. As a fresher am able to learn such a new things..

Their Increment policy is not structured and not even permanent. Its all depending upon the companies current situation.. there are some issues between management so that receiving salary, appraisal are difficult.. and the food is average and employee safety measures are poor..
