I dint like anything about the company.

in offer letter working days are from monday to friday, but work will be so much that u r forced to work on saturdays as well. most of the time u will get broken application which u need to fix and develop in short time, yes fix and develop simultaneously. u will be told dat u will get support from other senior developers, but in reality u will not get any help from anybody, at last u will b told that others are bussy at thier work in client location. no proper management, problem is that owner of the company is non technical. ok that is fine, actually Vinay he genuinely want to build team. but person who directs him are non technical as well, they dont understand technicality at all, so imagine the condition here. vinay dont listen what developers says he listens those non tech people. there is another gem(sarcastically) in company u will come to know when u join on the first day. he is indeed immortal of zerozilla who unleashes the power of zero. developers are hired to outsource to other company, some clients are good some are there, they are terrible(i dont want to mention name). chances are there if u dont clear client interview and if u paid more u will be fired, if u r paid less they may keep u for internal product development. they are trying to build products, but no proper team to build the product, someone will start the product, he will be deployed to other client location later, other person will join, he will continue the product, again he will be sent to client location, so u can understand the standard of the product. suppose if u r selected by the client and client allows u to work from home, no, immortal person wont allow you to WFH. developers dont get leavess, its difficult, to get leave. see if ur fresher and having even 6 moths of experience then dont join here, if u r not getting any opportunity then u can join, because its difficult for freshers to get job. actually i dont recommend anybody here. experience people u will not get respect, u will be treated as labour so dont join. some time candidates will be having career gap , most of the companies will not be giving opportunity, u may get opportunity here in this company. again i dont recommend for them as well, u will not learn here anything....Read More
