Zerodha is run by the best founders ever the kamat brothers, which is why during such a pandamic, we were offered to take 1 month additional salary if in need & this would not mean not getting next month salary. The people working here are very lively and make things easy for any new joinie.

Currently the company is seeing a transformation from being a started to becoming a well established company which is why the top level management is coming up with some absurd rules every single month. Which makes it really hard to concentrate on work.
