- You can learn new things but by own. - No leave issues, they will approve your paid leave easily when you want. - Not any micro management in terms of any project. - Yearly Office tour - Yearly hike cycle is minimum 20% but the rest (+)&(-) is upon you and your work.

Dislikes

- Not any growth in your knowledge. - No Digital Marketing manger so there is no hierarchy in the Digital Marketing department. - you have knowledge of making PPT because you are senior or junior everyone will make client pitch PPT. - Company rules are not same for everyone - Overall manger of company (Hemal Botadra) and owner Rajeev Sharma both are playing politics with new joinee and also with experience person. - Punch in time is fix but punc out time is not fix. - They are also cut salary if you are not going on time so please check the rules of company very carefully. - Not 5 day week company....Read More

Besides girls is come as fresher who get double salery also company give them personal high skilles person for train her. Don't join as intern jaha company ka paisa nahi lagta waha company bav tak nahi deti . If company spend 1-3 lacs client rupees a days for based on commission on Ads. . People talk very loudly, they kept my payment on hold for 6 months and that also they did the payment when I warned them that I will make a case on them in my institute through which I went as an intern. There was no motivation, no line ups, the whole working system was very messy. Files were not alligned It was allover a bad experience. Office was a mess, there was no maintenence. No cafetria.
