Not much unless you're a fresher. There is very less to learn if you come with good experience.

Dislikes

The culture at Zenoti is terrible. There are people who've been at the company for many years, they don't do a great job but are still given a lot of importance because they were around when the company was very young. Way too many people are directly or indirectly related to the CEO, and have the best job security in the world</mark>. Despite doing a terrible job, they aren't let go off for performance or when the company is laying off hardworking people that actually perform well. Appraisals are very political. Only people that report to influential leaders stand any chance of growth, even when they clearly do a lot more than people that get high ratings and promotions. It's as if the influential leaders decide whom they're going to promote and block any one else that is nominated by someone not related to them....Read More
