It feels really great and satisfied at the same time. The work culture is really amazing, everybody treat each other as equal as a family. Management is always there to support and they keep a check too if they can enhance the process by anything to make work culture more satisfied with of course providing different opportunities and benefits. Though we work on remote basis but they never fail to entertain the team by organizing activities over the video call. I will like to highlight that work culture, Job security and management everything is so great . I have a small daughter and she needs me sometimes so there is a work culture in which I am managing both easily as Zenfinet is giving permanent work from home. Company policies are implemented recently but they are good and If I talk about security so my being a new mom I should be worried but , Have a great management and supported me every single time even when we are not performing then also they support as well....Read More
