Work culture is very worse.A-Z works are done by pharmacist like leaflets distribution on the road and streets, pharmacist have to go at 4 am for newspaper inserting, he has to do store cleaning,floor cleaning. In the summer company don't provide even cooler, pharmacist has to do work in hot air of fan wetted with sweat. If he request for cooler or ac,company says, "Increase the sale,we will provide cooler" He has to do calling, placing online orders while dealing with customer at counter. Even they don't provide packaging materials for packing medicines for home delivery,Pharmacist has to go out and buy polythene and then he packs. They don't give staff, if you ask for ,company says, " Increase the sale,we will provide staff" They don't give hike, if you ask for increment they say "increase the sale" They don't value their employees, they say " If one will go,other one will come" They force pharmacist to sell extra costly medicines to customers. Medicines are pathetic. Pharmacist has to pay for Expiry medicines that are not sent back, pay after inventory is done. They make you Incharge of the store without increasing your salary, mostly you have to bring medicines from other stores. Their stores have no washrooms. The way i have taken my division on another level, it's just because of senior managements and my office colleagues, Our MD is very understanding and conceptual for every single task. Rest our skills matter on his path of vision.

Sometimes i feel company should have good leave policies as per the current organisations. Rest everything is okay.

Everything is bad in this company nothing good new people in management thinks they own company so they all biased and this company owned by all relative of company owner do you can't take any action no one listen you over all experience bad I never recommend better see other companies for good growth
