The managers are extremely biased. Promotions are only for side kicks. Recognitions and rewards are only for manager's favourites. Laid off 80% work force in a single day. No designated time off after working on weekends. Politics,politics,politics. If you are a QA,never join here.if u r a developer,u can consider joining. The HRs are all controlled by the managers.if u try to complain,they will inform your manager. Ladies,stay away from this company.they are a group of women hating men with huge male ego. No matter how much u work,its always a guy who will get the recognition. HRs won't help with anything.Some managers even message you at night to compliment you on your looks.its horrible. Special mention to Mr Alok kumar for being the worst kind of manager you can work for as a woman. He wanted to give me 1 week leave for my own marriage....Read More
