From hr to top Management- there is too much politics. If you have no self respect then you can join. There is no work life balance and too much micro managing. Epitome of corporate politics! HR is just follows commands from leadership, no matter their experience or expertise. Nobody cares to investigate if a issue arises between manager & employee. Hr will blindly follow the manager. They are cruel and insensitive. Finance department - Old School, they don't understand issues raised by employees. They will just respond to close the query irrespective if the resolution has been accepted. They will seek papers for everything in today's digital world for reimbursements. Leadership Hiring - Last few hires have been so poor due to which the entire core level got disturbed and company lost their best of employees but they are clueless on why that happened, very very bad attrition due to the same reason. Very poor ok Root cause analysis. I have worked under 4 leaderships in last 4.5 years- No stability and then they say employees are not performing. How can they when the vision is not clear. New leadership, new rules, new vision, new style Overall - dont go by the batch of great place to work. It is not at all employee friendly place, HR policies are just for the sake of boasting. I had a deeply disappointing experience working at ZMCL. This company fails to offer any variable pay, appreciation, appraisals, or promotions, making it an extremely demotivating place to work. The work culture is toxic, with no effort made to create a positive or engaging environment.
