I had a deeply disappointing experience working at ZMCL. This company fails to offer any variable pay, appreciation, appraisals, or promotions, making it an extremely demotivating place to work. From hr to top Management- there is too much politics. If you have no self respect then you can join. There is no work life balance and too much micro managing.
