Good place to start a job and learn. The place is very youthful because around quarter of the overall employees are interns, so, I made a lot of friends. Also, canteens are very good. I was fortunate enough to have a gentle and intelligent lead with whom I learnt a lot.

Employee care is almost zero. No growth opportunity. There is no promotion at all, let alone merit-based promotion. If you come as in intern, then you'll have to work for full hours but will get no pay. After slogging for 8-9 month, they'll make you a paid intern. And, after that if you are patient and lucky enough, you'll get a jobafter an year or two. For that you'll have to take multiple rounds of HR and have strong influence also otherwise no one cares....Read More

I liked my work which was of making bulletins but I wasn't promoted. I was a Production Executive while my work was of an Assistant Producer. I did that to get 'experience' but that came with very less money.
