The politics in every department sabotages every job you do here. Boss is like a God here who we have to fear always. Every year they slash employs like an unlucky draw basis wherein 15 people just been told one fine day that he/she has to leave.No stability no job security. One never know when is his/her last day in the company.

Dislikes

Immediate boss discriminates on basis of caste and creed instead on merit basis. Co-workers look down on the person who is from the lower caste. Totally suffocating and hostile environment.

From hr to top Management- there is too much politics. If you have no self respect then you can join. There is no work life balance and too much micro managing.
