No job security in the organization. No communication with the employees when they took decision to fire the employee. HR policy is worst and I didn't get the variable of 1.5 years. HR are too much rude.

I had a deeply disappointing experience working at ZMCL. This company fails to offer any variable pay, appreciation, appraisals, or promotions, making it an extremely demotivating place to work. The work culture is toxic, with no effort made to create a positive or engaging environment.
