I recently worked at Zee5, and I must say it was one of the most toxic places I've ever experienced in my career. From the management to the HR department, there was a pervasive atmosphere of harassment that made the workplace unbearable. One of the most shocking aspects was witnessing that even migrant workers were treated better than the regular employees at Zee5. It was evident that the company had little regard for the well-being and professional growth of its staff members. Moreover, the hiring process seemed to lack any standards or qualifications. It appeared that anyone, regardless of their skills or qualifications, could get a job at Zee5. This lack of consideration for expertise and experience undermined the overall competence of the workforce. Beyond the toxic culture, the work itself was disorganized and lacked any clear processes. It was frustrating to navigate through the chaos, and it felt like there was no direction or support from the leadership. Unfortunately, promotions were not based on merit or performance but rather on personal relationships with the leaders. If you weren't in their good books, don't expect any career growth or advancement. I strongly advise against joining Zee5 if you value a healthy work environment and opportunities for professional development. The company's toxic culture, lack of organization, and biased promotion practices create a demoralizing experience for its employees. Quality team culture is worst and toxic. QA head is very toxic guy he gets disturb if anyone in his team takes WFH . No promotion and increments. They will deduct the variable pay which is the part of CTC . No job security Office timing 9 am to 6 pm otherwise they deduct the salary.
