Toxic culture, no work from home, work till the midnight and again come to the office at 10 Am. You can't get long leaves and work from home. No good increment. VP of quality is immuatre guy. He keep eyes on employees like who is going for tea and coffee for how long duration. He ask people to work 24*7 ask nothing in return.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
