We get opportunity to work directly under the Directors of the company since chennai is the HO. Freshers get to learn a lot. If salary is not a criteria then this will be a good place to work and learn

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Office politics too much.. managers doens't allow us to grow. Compensation is not enough for the amount of work they give.

Great learning experience both for career and life

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
