Different things and practical knowledge to learn is most likely thing and approach of CEO of company towards employs is so much friendly and responsible and care taking

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Working hours and lack of training practices and some unlearnt employees with lot of ego and less brain

Work-life balance - Poor
