Worst company ever I seen in my life.

Dislikes

All things and policies are baseless, only politics culture and also it's impact to your work-life balance. In 8 hour shift but you have to complete 10 hour in shift and no leave also it's not give you over time payment. You can get 30 Rs per hour OT only but there is tides method to claim OT and required to many people signature and mail confirmation then after your 30 Rs add to your bank in 3 month latter.....if you stay. Otherwise it will collapse....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
