Choose your work hours or work from home on manager approval. Company need to review some of its policies and they are way better now and improving. They need to ensure work life balance during project despite the pressure the whole experience is worthwhile and rewarding for hard work.

The company's environment is worse, they treat their employees as machines and labor. You have to work on multiple projects individually without any help of senior developers. Every day they have deliveries and their client is always unhappy with your work. If we are giving our best still you'll be blamed for your work and not appreciated. They want you to work day/night and still, you won't get any extra money. They'll even force you to work on weekends and there is no work-life balance. The managers and project coordinators keep on bugging you every minute and keep asking for updates on the project. If you need any kind of help in development or any discussion they'll push you to resolve it on your end and no one is going to help you. If the company has no projects they'll fire you right away without giving any prior notice.
