The company's environment is worse, they treat their employees as machines and labor. You have to work on multiple projects individually without any help of senior developers. Every day they have deliveries and their client is always unhappy with your work. If we are giving our best still you'll be blamed for your work and not appreciated. They want you to work day/night and still, you won't get any extra money. They'll even force you to work on weekends and there is no work-life balance. The managers and project coordinators keep on bugging you every minute and keep asking for updates on the project. If you need any kind of help in development or any discussion they'll push you to resolve it on your end and no one is going to help you. If the company has no projects they'll fire you right away without giving any prior notice. Working at Zazz provided me the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that pushed the boundaries of tech. The company enabled me to have flexible work timings and I was allowed to work on my basis as long as the project wasn't being effected.

Although there was numerous learning oppurtunities, a more structured development plan for employees to develop in their career would be much appreciated by all employees as this is currently lacking

They concentrate on events and parties even they don't have money to pay to salries to employees, and they don't care about employees. Even we are sick they want us to work. Mainly there is no job security they will fire us at any time. Without any notice. I recommend you guys to don't join this company. Finally, its a worst company
