Hate HR Policies. It doesn't make any sense. They cheat employees. If you doesn't have any options join someother company dont bare this mental torture. Cannot explain much more. Facts are threats here. Innocent employees will be waiting for hikes. If you do more work. They will give some more work. They will not gove appreciations.All the employees are just waiting for other oppurtunities so that they can escape from this torture...Read More

Dislikes

After giving interview, offer letter is not released even after qualitfying. After singing in the joining formalties they will give offer letter. It may have some loop hole. If the HRs are not having trust on employees, they no one can trust employers.

Good Technologies to work with. CTO and COO are good at their Jobs.

Dislikes

HR team is bad, incompetent, they won't communicate important things like salary cut through official mails. And now since the Pandemic every reason they have is "Due to Covid". Micro-management, Politics, Lack or communication, and high Notice Period.

Work Details

Was good, but now due to poor management life's becoming dull at the company. Nobody smiles anymore.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
