Likes

It is a good institution for teaching and learning. There are beautiful sites full of natural surroundings for enjoyment. People of Zanzibar kind, honest and helping nature. Though they are poor in terms of money, yet rich in self respect and self - satisfaction.

Dislikes

I disliked the whims of administration. One should hear dissent of others and consider the problem reasonably.

Work Details

I have been senior lecturer for six months only. I left ZU due to some family problem.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
