HR Policies are not uniform for everyone about working hrs, it keeps changing depends on Person to Person with their bonding with HR Manager. HR Manager follows her own Mood policies in the company as she is working for past 8 yrs. There are no motivational Training for employees. However, employees have to be act as self motivated. lot of work load. They distribute 3 Person work to only 1 Person work. Engineers/Finance Deprt are asked to work on Saturdays as a general Practice being Sat-Sun are officially off. Salary is very Low even Increments are up to 5 %.Definitely, this company can never come under "Great Places to work" ....Read More

Mainly they are getting job from their structural divion. And still it is a very good company to work with it.
