The way they treat employees is rude. They're giving salary if there is work. Most of the employee except managers salary has been slashed during this pandemic. Feels pity!

Dislikes

There are known politics here between the management and employees. Those who react to the management is getting warning letter even termination. No freedom of work at all. The only thing we have here is work pressure.

Work Details

Going to site at early morning. Attending as much as sites with or without reason. Coming back late night. LOL 🤦

Work not stable, no skill development, average work hours 16hours, No job security, Salary will get on time, even have cutting during COVID-19.

Dislikes

Avg working hours about 12 to 16 ( some times 24-30 during peek time) but no OT and other benifits

Full day time work at the site, and night 4 to 5 hours or more report preparation, most of Friday also have worked without pay
