I absolutely love my job in the Marketing department. its fat paced, It challenges me pushes me, and I have given autonomy to make things happen and the best part is I am surrounded by like minded individuals that want the same thing. I have previously worked at the places where office politics is rife and there is a conflict of interest between departments, here though everyone wants the same thing " To serve our clients and for the company to do well". Dislikes

The company is very fast paced. There is new learning every single day and lots of exiting things are going on. The downside to this is that you get caught up very quickly and need to have the self discipline to priorities and find work life balance. Like all businesses changes can be equally as fast paced. So knowing when to pivotand change direction and adapting is essential too, Its not necessarily a con, but I know this may not be for everyone....Read More
