Increment are very low as compared to other companies but with job sequrity.

Dislikes

Middle management is very harsh. Despite that the top management is good to junior employees, middle management always plays roles to make juniors put to excessive pressure through unnecessary workload

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
