YUPPTV is an IP based Indian channels service provider I loved about the part of technical support and the process management is good and reliable in the market for the past 8 years and more to be genuine that it's a good concern to improve the technical and also personal development of an individual along with the organization. Finally it's a good company to work.

I dislike about the response from the HR team that we don't even have an HR team in Chennai. Our main office is an Hyderabad based but if we have any issue or any query we are not getting proper response from the team. If we have requested an out issue to them in mail we will get the response after a week if in case of urgency we have won't get the proper response from them this team I dislike about in my organization...Read More

Employees need to caution when speaking with colleagues because there are lot of spies who will report to management and management use though weakness when conflict and distrubance occur with them. 6. salary credit date will 4-10th My work experience :: I started as a senior software engineer at yupptv, and initially my manager and leads were good. however due to personal reasons and health issues, I submitted my resignation. after that they started showing a different sides. they began pointing out irrelevant issues, and there were spies within team sharing personal info and management used this info to critize and insut me infront of colleagues. suprisingly, this incident didn't happen just to me - half of the team submitted their resignation faced similar treatment, with the manager and management continuing to point out empoyees issues. I am not saying you shouldn't join as there are multiple teams, and what happened to me and my team may not happen in every team. however i can guarantee on thing: if your expecting the employer to care for yoy, it will lead to very big disappointment because hr alway support management they would care about you at all...Read More
