A very friendly work environment coupled with a very handholding managerial team makes it a very good place for learning.

Work Details

It is quiet hectic during financial year ends and a customer driven order booking. Yume tools however is supported by it's parent organisation which makes no room for error in work flows.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Very bad company with no infrastructure and no future for the employees ... Salary for an engineer is only 10000 and very old and outdated machines. Supervisors very irresponsible.

Dislikes

Salary I disliked just 9500 for diploma jr engineer that to if u have work experience.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
