CEO of the company does micromanagement. No work like balance. People are forced to sit for more than 12 hours. In case you leave home early, you will have to hear lecture from CEO. Salary not on time. No good infrastructure for work. Filthy garbage dumping ground is next to office and office balcony which stinks whole day and make work terrible. CEO goes through mood swings on daily basis and catches people randomly and will give useless lecture just to make them sit for long n late hours in office though you might have completed your work.
