Only one man decided all the things, like increment, promotion, job security. After resignation companies behaviour like a shopkeeper.

Job security is great. People rarely get laid off. Overall culture is good.

Salary is not upto the mark. Employees needs to do a lot of work. For example a sales guy has to do sales, design, payment collections, installation as well.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
