Likes

It is a good place to learn... They have a training school in Peenya plant where basics and also advance topics are taught. You can balance personal as well as professional life.

Dislikes

Lot of politics in the company.. People who have come from reference they will grow and others even if you prove your efficiency growth is inhibited. Appraisal takes place once in two/three years. Increment is very less. Not clarity of salary because of variable incentive structure. Even if you ask HR about salary they won't let you know.

Company culture - Bad

It is going on pretty well except for the salary increment.
