Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Health benefits are great… Company tie-ups with Loop insurance where employees are given health insurance for their spouse and children also, mental and physical health free courses, training material. So, I am quite satisfied on this part.

The management gives out quarterly awards and spot recognitions. There are also Excellence Awards during the yuj design the anniversary event every year to recognize and reward talent. I've received it twice in my three years here, and it motivates me to keep improving. It's really appreciate about the management.
