-No work life balance -manager will call, send whatsapp or ping after work hours even weekends -they give meetings and work on saturday also -too many deadlines and work pressure -very less remote work

Learning something new daily. Experts guidance and management's strong supports keeps me charged with motivation and confidence.

Skill upgrades are expected from leaders, but no proper guidance is given. I think, if they are expecting something from employees, they should be clear with their requirements and should consider investing in initiatives that would make it easy for employees to progress, Give us clarity on what skills you need us to focus on more that would be helpful for the company.

Good learning opportunities but depends on team.

Dislikes

Below par salary, cheap labour, No/minimal increment, will promote and give you double work with a joke 15% hike. The company is gaming with the employees. No fixed working hours and still the HR team will cry for you to come to office and expect you to work post office hours late night as well. No extra pay for on call labour.

No one behaves rudely. " Results matter. What you do when given responsibility matters; this is how you can progress here. I have reached a designated role this way. So seniors and leaders value work ethics and hard work. no incentive to work overtime… Management should address queries immediately rather than delay. Not happy with salary increase this time.

Completed 2 years in this company and still working. I've improved a lot knowledgewise. Leaders are focused and direct us wherever required. We have good team collaboration. Teamwork is strong and we support each other.

In 2 years I realized that this place gives importance to knowledge upgradation. You need to keep up with learning something new. Sometimes team conflicts can happen..
