Lot of mental torcher cheif behaviour my owners, owner home is inside the comapny there are showing overtime payment like a incentive lot losses i saw in the company for labours loss of pay for oneday leave is cutting 2 days payment if u talking about rules u will kickout by onspot thatsall

The company is readily adopts latest technology and good working.am part of team that assembly of mcp.the company have good marketing in ineter national too.the company receiving lots of order for machine control panel.

Thir are not giving good salary to employ,and thay are cheeting in salary with employees

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
