1) there is no teamwork, all of them are jealous of one others. 2)there is no training provided ,they taken as graduate engineer trainee but your roll be machine operation only - no time limit for that. There are many employees working as trainee having experience of 3year more experience. 3) terrible thing is no job security. If urtraining gets completed, the management take them as contract for 1month and again re-joins them as graduate engineer trainee again and vice-versa. (Training period is 18 month) 4) There is no career growth. politics plays the major role....Read More

U won't ask HR department. Every month there is lot mistakes in work hours. 5) SHIFT TIME IS 8 HRS BUT YOU HAVE TO DO OVER TIME FOR 4HRS(12HRS) SOMETIMES 6HRS MORE(i.e 16HRS)
