The CEO has good vision & mission however deep down he is really unaware of what is actually happening in company. Top management hides too many things so would have been better it it was transparent. As it is a company where there are 3 main people who divides the share they try to keep the things going on. Nothing as no one will be there to listen your issue. You are just bounded with the waste people.

Actually not good as some of the people are there who thinks that the company is owned by their father so they won't work. When they see that someone new came and they can be more valuable for company then they start working to make them wrong and turn the culture negative. You are not allowed to share your opinion from hr or any management as they will also make you wrong only. No one listens for your health issues as well. You are not allowed to take leave even if you are not well. 2nd and 4th Saturday off won't work as you have to work on the same day from work from home. Lastly appraisal is around 5-6% or hardly 10%.
