I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The company is not open to discussion or talk. It is only one way communication. No understanding in the management level. Public holidays are not provided. Leave salary is not paid in full and only basic salary is paid.

Dislikes

Everything. They just hire and fire. Firing is done without any notice and without any reason. Once things are sorted and running smooth they just fire
