Worst culture, zero benefits and no respect for employees. Arrogant management. 14 hours duty including travel to remote plant location. After working 1 year you will develop health issue. Huge pressure on every employee. Duplicate yokohama no link with japanese company.

I love the work environment. The security system is too good. All employees are good in behaviour. All staffs are friendly. Canteen food is quite good. Safety is the main priority of Yokohama.

Can be develope the Shop floor facilities. Central ac should be provided in the shop floor.

More working hours, need to travel a lot to get to company. HR is worst. No single fun event for a whole year. Even death of employee is not mattered. 2 min prayer is all they can do.
