Good work culture, mentor supporting for freshers, Japanese language training, 3 to 6 months on hands projects experience, 6months onsite gulf nation's trip, twice meals and coffee tea good,cab facility.

Dislikes

Treating like 2nd and 3rd party employees payrolls, no benifits 2nd party employees festival fest,no guarantee security job , no guarantee notice period salary giving or not, no guarantee giving relieving letter....so better take onroll job yokogawa other wise not join job

Patiallity with some people over there. There are many bosses over there than to be a leader, who always motivate only for the work to be completed. Of you expect for salary hike or any permanent role over there then you will be the fool over there.

management not good, work culture waste if you are a beginner 1st year 3 or 4k hike can expect, And the second year, if you performed well also that, won't even measure it's all about GL's attitude and increment will be below 1K. Partiality is everywhere, In a project the project (8 to 9-month project) members work harder also at finely the member will be replaced & the new member will be added & the travel is given to him/her. I have worked for about 3yrs but the HR are worst that they failed give my hike from past 6months when i relieved and so much of irresponsibility towards employees, even managers are so dumb to take action against them, teammates are also selfish.
