Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge and good cafeteria. They give good bonus every year. On the job training is given to new joiness .

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Not a good company for starting your career. Companies policies and the management is not transparent. Appraisals and salary hike both are not fair. There is picnic and gaming arcade for chilling only on paper not actually. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

The job is interesting! I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was not a formal department working training session. I learnt everything myself not given a formal training.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
