People have limited knowledge about advertising. Favouritism exists largely. Not a place to be recommended for anyone who wants growth. The co-founder thinks high of herself and isn't a leader people normally would follow, except for the content strategist. An amateur content strategist who would always take her name and threaten you, even when you log out after office hours. They command authority incase you need to breathe also. Work Details

I regret joining there big time. They know nothing about the basics of copywriting and you will end up having anxiety attacks and unwanted stress just because you wanted to work. They start showing their true colours normally after a month or so.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
