1. Uniform system, 2. I card wearing - feels like school, 3. Work culture is toxic, 4. Give non profile releted work, 5. Hold bus 2-3 hrs during audits even not allow anyone with personal vehicle to go out, in this condition no coffee or OT given by management & this condition happened approx 10-15 days in a month, 6.
