It was when I was in my teen age ,the yashoda hospital was only one building with very unclean sections just like other poor hospitals,it has reached a very good stage,but the craving for money didn't stopped yet.May be for the benifit of patients and also for employment .Dr.Gurunath is really our well known doctor ,and I like his treatment.My father was under for all the health issues,it may be depression, psychology problems, anxiety and other.He is one of the best general physician.i really appreciate it the way he coperated with our family during hard times,it was very tough going for father, couldn't cope with alone with three children. But that couldn't recover the whole thing, Then he was operated under Dr.behera saheb,the best surgeon for the major surgery for totally feel good. I worked for two years two months,Yes that was a temporary,but I did it with whole effort. The management need to know the stress management with it's growing popularity. I was under a very good scale,I hoped to be permanent.but with increasing demand of each and every employee ,the scope for learning was less as also due to increased patients. Many hospitals give importance only to permanents employees ,so can there be atleast some hospitals or any one section of yashoda hospital to give temporary employment and treat the employees according to their hardwork , sincerity and their talent.so that both the permanent and temporary are fulfilled. I worked as pharmacist in IP ,I appreciate the effort made by the madam of reddy community and helped me in taking the challenges . I sincerely thank from bottom of my heart. Anyonne who has or want to work in yashoda ,it's a great feel and I want you to focus on work and the challenges keep coming and going but how you do your best is important. The only dislike I have in every hospital after covid is the panic in patients and overload leading to heavy duty for doctors. The stress awareness among the new employees can lead a smooth team work, in a way it should be explained to the employees.
