How ever working with yashoda more then 10 years , they are promotion towies in a year, they are not going to loose them.

They r hiring new people's , starting time they will support, they will allow to do work n implement new things after that when things will be normal , they will change work they will send here and their , they will not say to leave ,but they will terrible like anything, in last they will say u r not doing anything. This things most of the time happing with northeast people's. ....they can say any time to go from yashod...they will not trust also , wt ever other old staff saying they will do that only. Yashoda Corporate Office is Supporting only favors & In this organization senior politics are Very high, Because my and my friends jobs were loss in COVID-19 Lockdown by team managers. I was worked in PPD department which is very Worst and Mental Arrasements are very high.

They are'nt Giving training properly. Whoever Working in PPD department Communication is very worst between eachother Because they were came from hospiatals units different departments. Each Department some persons picked and made as a "ppd" in Corporate office. Ex: One person Came from Cash billing One person Came from front office Three persons Came from Auditing Two Persons Came from Accounting One Person Came from Yashoda Fundation Two Peraons Came from Noukri So, this department makes daily Several Volgur Issuse, Mental tourches. Reason: They Were lost their jobs in Units and kept in Corporate Sector So they are irritating on whoever came From websites Ex: Naukri, Indeed, Monster Etc....Read More
