Well to be honest I feel the organisation has good teaching skills and we can learn a lot more if we are interested in the first place . There is scope for career growth and development on a personal level. It’s a very good hospital if you want exposure to multiple varieties of diseases coming on board while working there.

Dislikes

There are politics here ,as in every hospital .The hospital is not very considerate in case of it’s employees especially during the COVID ,they did not help the doctors much neither the other staff . They didn’t provide us with enough safety. The culture is average in terms of the people working in it.They didn’t give us full salaries despite we were risking our lives during the pandemic.

I had a good experience in terms of knowledge and skill application in the beginning but it becomes saturated and mundane as we become more used to.

The yashoda hospitals are good hospitals in Hyderabad city. They are most reputed hospitals all over the world. But there is no job security in these field.

In my opinion there is no career growth in these field to me and there is no job security. But the working environment is good and I have job satisfaction.

Generally my work is to look after the patient complaints and to take the immediate action and to help them for there problem. If the problem is serious then consult the senior residents or registers.

I have a work experience as a duty doctor which involves case sheet reviews diagnostic procedure follow up reports follow-up and informing to the related consultants.Treatment followup,summaries writing while discharging the patient,patient counselling.
