Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company Policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I'm doing job in this company Since 2015 but till date never realize any Negative points or misbehavior of Management of this company.

Good work eny and culture. Trammated are supportive and the management is transparent.They give good salary hike and bonus every year. Company policies are good.

I'm join this company since 2015 but till date I don't realise any Negative Points or behaviour of management in this Company.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
