Their approaches Reflects an Outdated mentality and the Seem resistant to adopting modern work methods. Additionally, favouritism is Prevalent, with Hard work often overlooked, there appears to be a noticeable bias in favour of male candidates.

Very bad increments no bonuses toxic environment office politics some employees are badly behaved, especially the artist managers, full of unnecessary attitude
